Service Description

I am a Level 3 QHHT practitioner. Session begins at 10:00 am. The time consists of three parts Introduction : Review what to expect for the day, including explanation and hypnosis prep Interview: Explore your entire life story (2-3+hours) Hypnosis (about 2 hours) Two parts: Other existence (various scene) then Connection, conversation, and body scan with Higher Self Debriefing: Recap, recentering and regrounding about 1/2 hour+ Please bring: Water and a snack (for grounding post hypnosis). A tested recording app on your phone or device (I'll record also for back-up purpose List of 8-10 written questions you would like answered along with a list of any physical concerns. Other prep instructions will be sent to you after deposit is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Only one session is scheduled per day, and you will be the sole client for that day. please plan to keep your day open, as sessions typically run 5 to 7 hours. For emergencies, contact Elaine by phone at 603-496-7410 .
